We have carried the distinctive character of the M200 HARDTASK into a robust folding EDC knife.
The blade of the A400 is made from cryogenically hardened UDEHOLM SLEIPNER steel with a hardness of 58–60 HRC, finished with an extremely durable bronze-brown DLC coating. Fast and smooth deployment is ensured by a ball-bearing pivot combined with a comfortable flipper featuring our signature ANV Lumidot. The blade also features the same firesteel notch found on the fixed-blade M200.
The ergonomically contoured handle is precision-machined from 3D-profiled G10 and reinforced with full-length stainless steel liners for maximum strength. Reliable locking in both the open and closed positions is provided by our proven ANV A-Lock mechanism. The A400 is finished with signature ANV details, including black backspacers and a discreet deep-carry wire pocket clip for secure and comfortable everyday carry.
