How does the service work?

1. Order the sharpening service in our e-shop

Choose the sharpening service according to your knife size and add it to your cart just like any other product.

2. Complete your order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number.

3. Send us your knife

Pack your knife securely and send it to the address provided together with a printed copy of your order confirmation.

4. We take care of the edge

We will professionally sharpen your knife, inspect the blade's condition, and prepare it for continued use.

5. We'll send it back within 3 days at the latest

Once the sharpening is complete, we will return your knife to you at our expense.
