We would like to inform you that ANV Knives s.r.o. will cease to exist at the end of 2025 as a result of a merger with BOKI Industries a.s., which will become the successor company as of 1 January 2026.
This step is administrative in nature and does not affect the continuity of operations or the fulfilment of obligations towards customers, partners, or suppliers. All activities, commitments, and business relationships are transferred to the successor company BOKI Industries a.s., with operations continuing without interruption and without any action required on the part of third parties.
The ACTA NON VERBA KNIVES brand will continue to operate and remains fully preserved.
