We would like to inform you that ANV Knives s.r.o. will merge with BOKI Industries a.s. at the end of 2025 and will continue to operate under the name BOKI Industries a.s., which will become the successor company on January 1, 2026. The production of your favorite knives will remain fully intact and will continue to develop, as will the ACTA NON VERBA KNIVES brand.
This merger will strengthen the production and commercial capabilities of the current company ANV Knives s.r.o. and expand its product portfolio. BOKI Industries a.s. is a medium-sized Czech engineering company with a turnover of over CZK 300 million, 140 employees, and a plant in Zruč nad Sázavou. In addition to production in the Czech Republic, the innovative potential and creativity of our knives will be maintained, and we hope to continue bringing you high-quality, modern products. Both companies have been cooperating in production for a long time and have the same shareholders. Together, we will be even better and stronger.
