ANV Knives – Made in Czech Republic

What does it actually mean?

ANV Knives manufactures its knives in the Czech Republic. When you purchase our product, you are buying something that was designed here and also truly manufactured here. All operations – including laser cutting, deburring, flat grinding, machining, heat treatment including hardening and cryogenic treatment, handle machining or GRN molding, sheath production, surface finishing, assembly, and finally sharpening and packaging – are carried out either in our two facilities or provided to us by our subcontractors from the Czech Republic.

All key raw materials are sourced from leading global manufacturers – steel comes from Sweden, composites and Kydex from the USA.

In today’s globalized world, we may not be able to trace the origin of the very last screw. However, we do not have any products or components manufactured abroad, in Asia or China. Not a single one.

We have consciously chosen this approach because we care about quality, reliability, and engineering tradition. It is more costly, and our products are not cheap, but we believe our customers and supporters will appreciate it.

We are proud of the work and craftsmanship of our employees and colleagues. In the following short videos, we will introduce individual production processes and show you how our knives are made.
